We advise participants to book hotels as soon as possible as the special rates might not be available after May 31st.

We have reserved a number of rooms and negotiated special prices for WEIS participants in the hotels listed below. The links will take you directly to the hotel reservation pages. Walking and travel distances to the conference venue are indicated for each hotel. Taxi is of course also an option.

WEIS 2015 will be held at TU Delft Science Center, located at Mijnbouwstraat 120, 2628 RX Delft (maps for walking and website for other travel.)

Registration fees include admission to all sessions, lunch and snacks during the conference, as well as the reception and conference dinner.

Travelling to Delft

The easiest way to travel to Delft is via Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. From the airport, there is a direct train connection to Delft that runs twice every hour.

Delft can also be conveniently accessed from Rotterdam airport, and via high speed trains from Brussels and Paris.

Station to the Campus

Once you are in Delft, the university campus is a fifteen minute walk from the station. You can also take bus numbers 40, 69, 121, 174, or a taxi. The bus and taxi stands are behind the station.
